I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Brides & Beyond! First off, I had a large group so I rented out the entire salon on a Sunday for $100. It was totally worth it and so much fun getting to shop with just my ladies AND have some snacks. Second, Amanda was phenomenal. I can tell she truly paid attention to my online profile and pulled things I loved based on my comments and the dresses themselves. Third, my friends who have gone dress shopping before commented how beautiful and organized the store was. Fourth, when my measurements were taken the wrong size chart was accidentally used. Instead of just fixing the size, Amanda called me personally and explained the situation and asked if it was okay to change the size. Great customer service! Lastly, I am plus size and was very nervous about going dress shopping. I truthfully couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am so excited for my dress to show up and hope you will get to experience the magic this shop has ❤️

“Brides & Beyond is THE ONLY place to go for bridal gowns! I was never someone who really was excited about wedding dress shopping or even had a clue what I would ever want. I would have been perfectly content in a neutral colored bridesmaids gown to keep costs down as I was the budget conscious bride...so I thought... My experience was amazing - I was greeted with Champagne for my mom and I. I had no idea where to even start, and I didn't have to think about a thing. Lauren picked out a bunch of dresses as a starting point with a variety of body styles so I could see what style of dress I liked. After putting the first dress on, I knew there was no way I was walking out of there with a neutral colored bridesmaids gown... When I found THE dress, it was strapless, and I wanted to add on some kind of straps. Lauren worked with me on a vision of what that could look like and I walked out feeling ecstatic and more excited than I had been throughout the entire process thus far about the big day ahead. I can honestly say, looking back, my favorite purchase was my dress. From start to finish, Lauren, the Brides & Beyond team and Tara with Sew much more (located inside bride's and beyond) made everything simple and FUN. You will not be disappointed!”

I absolutely did, I called back and they let me come in and get fitted and order the dress. Claire helped me and I loved her! So personal and made the experience so much fun for us. “Long review ahead. 10000% would recommend brides and beyond to anyone looking for a fabulous wedding dress and an even more amazing shopping experience. My journey to find a dress was a long one, I went to three stores, saving brides and beyond for last due to a mix of hearing great things about it but also it being a 1.5hour drive for me. I first went to a bridal salon in Columbus where I pretty much just felt like another customer and nothing special, the store also would not give me the information on the dresses I tried on such as style number and maker no matter how many times I asked and I felt extremely rushed during my hour long appointment. This was definitely not the case at brides and beyond! My first appointment was 1.5 hours long, but honestly it went longer than that and the consultant never once pushed me to stop trying on dresses; she kept bringing me all the styles they had because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and just kept reassuring me she wanted me to love whatever I purchased. She never pushed her opinion on me but rather said what was flattering. I ended up leaving that day with 2 favorite dresses picked out but I wanted to return with some of my bridesmaids who couldn’t make it that day and to think on it since this was such a big purchase! They also wrote down all the dress info for me, cost, style number, maker! For my second appointment they had my favorites already pulled but I saw they had some new dresses, I asked if I could take one more look around just to make sure I didn’t love anything else, the consultant once again told me to go for it and was not annoyed that I now potentially wanted to try on even more dresses. My dream dress ended up being one of the ones I decided to check out one last time; the girls were so sweet and basically let me hang out in the dress for way longer than necessary, but I loved it too much to take it off. They also have blocked off areas for each bride and her tribe so you aren’t being right next to another bride. They helped me pick out the perfect accessories and always kept me up to date on when the dress was shipping and would arrive, they then also kept it stored for me since I got it months before my wedding. When my headpiece i ordered came in they were kind enough to ship it to me at no extra cost because they knew I lived far away. If you’ve made it to the end of this review, I again strongly recommend this store. It has the small town feel with the high quality of big city dresses.”

I had the most amazing experience at Brides & Beyond and Payton helped me find my absolute DREAM wedding dress!! She was so good at understanding what features I wanted and helped me try on many dresses. She showed me a stunning dress that is now my wedding dress that I cannot wait to wear :). Multiple employees came out to cheer me on as I said yes to my dress and that moment is something that will always be special to me. Everyone was so friendly and beyond helpful. I would absolutely recommend shopping here and thank you to Payton and the B+B team!

I booked an appointment at Brides & Beyond after hearing wonderful reviews from friends in the area - I will forever recommend this salon to anyone shopping for their bridal needs after my experience this week! Lauren met myself and my party for my appointment this week and made us all feel so welcome throughout the experience. She had a few dresses picked out based on a style quiz prior to my appointment and when we arrived we were able to shop the salon and pick out more to try on. They have such a wide range of options to choose from - including styles, prices, colors, seasons, etc. Lauren made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and there was not an ounce of pressure to pick a certain dress or style. Trying on wedding dresses can be extremely overwhelming, especially when you don’t know what you are looking for specifically but this team knows what they are doing! I ended up buying the first dress I tried on (that Lauren actually picked out based on my style quiz!). Walking out into the showroom in the natural light and large mirrors sealed the deal for me. So happy I got to say ‘yes’ to the dress at Brides & Beyond! The sweetest staff members and all around best service experience.
